About Maples Wedding Cakes
I decorated my first cake on April 25th, 1992 for my daughter’s first birthday party and I fell in love with cake decorating from that very day. My passion for delicious and beautiful cake grew into a full time successful company known as Maples Wedding Cakes.
After graduating in 2003 from Middle Tennessee State University with a business degree, I decided to put it to good use and open our shop. Maples is a leader in custom designed wedding cakes and I believe cakes should be beautiful and taste good. I have studied with some of the greatest teachers in the cake industry such as Nicholas Lodge and Collette Peters. I’m inspired everyday with new designs for wedding cakes, and continue to learn new techniques and mediums as well as seek the best recipes to complement our designs.
I am so lucky to be living my dream every day. I want to thank you in advance for considering us to be a small part of a very important and meaningful day in your life. I look forward to meeting each of you.
