Hey Jay, I am not sure if you will remember me since you are big time now but you did our wedding cake last year in December...December 29th to be exact! I just had to let you know that we just ate our cake...one year later and it's still WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!! It was still moist and as good as it was last year. You do awesome cakes and have a great talent. We were so honored to say we had a Maples cake for our wedding day. Thanks for always being a joy to be around and for the yummy cake...it's still yummy one year later!

From the very first time that we sat down with you over a year ago, I felt so confident, and at ease with you and knew that you would deliver a cake to us that really said a lot about the kind of wedding that we wanted our guests to remember. When I saw our cake, on our wedding day, I was in tears. It completely blew my mind that someone really had this much talent, and OVER DELIVERED on services. Hi Jay, we just wanted to thank you again and tell you what a great job you did on our cake and helping to make our day a smashing success! Wedding cake is not something I put much thought into before but I can testify now what a difference it makes. For all of you future brides out there we can tell you from experience that Maples is worth every penny. Jay is competitively priced and very fair about working within your budget. He allowed us to try several fresh samples hot out of the oven. The cakes were delivered on time and set up very nicely and everybody at the wedding was commenting on how amazing the cakes looked and tasted. The difference between Maples and everyone else is that you won’t get a “cookie cutter” cake that everyone else has at their wedding. We recommend Maples to anyone and everyone holding a function of any size.

Jay, I just want to tell you....the cakes for Aimee's receptions were soooo BEAUTIFUL and TASTY! You did a "bang up" job and I want you to know I was so very pleased with your work.
